"I was asked by Paula Cox if I would be a Case Study as part of her training to become a qualified Reiki Healer, being into Alternative Medicine and particularly Energy Therapies I was more than happy to give it a go. The trial consisted of 6 Reiki Treatments with giving feedback on how I felt and any changes to my mental and physical well being. Firstly the treatment themselves were very relaxing and on a number of occasions I actually dozed off which gave a very pleasant feeling.

After each treatment you were required to ground for a short period of time with the soles of your feet flat on the ground. In the days after each treatment there was a feeling of calmness and I slept really well, these feeling were enhanced the more treatments I had. Over all I think the treatments were really effective, so much so I went back for follow-up sessions, I also think the pricing is great value for money and thoroughly recommend them."
